The Experience will form a linear journey through the building, taking visitors from the grass roots of rugby, through training, the importance of determination and skill, the role of the wider team; culminating in the greatest rugby moments on the international stage.

A global array of legendary rugby players, coaches and everybody in between will feature in the Experience, with their names being released in the run up to the opening date in Autumn 2022.This seven-storey building is one of the most exciting designs ever proposed for Limerick city and will be a 21st century, digital interactive rugby experience.
This is a global celebration of rugby; the stories of amateur and professional era figures and their fascinating journeys. There will be six main experience spaces, each with a different character and proposition. The stories in each space are underpinned by the World Rugby values of Passion, Discipline, Integrity, Solidarity and Respect. As visitors ascend through the building they learn about each value and its importance to the game.
All Black centurion and Rugby World Cup winner Dan Carter is one of the featured players.

The Experience has been developed to include stories across all generations and nations of rugby – catering to every age group and nationality that may visit. Furthermore, diversity across different forms of the game ensure all audiences are represented, including stories from wheelchair rugby, 7s and 15s within both the women’s and men’s game. Whether you are an avid fan, casual fan or future fan of the game, you are sure to find the Experience immersive and engaging as the exhibits have a multi-layered approach to cater to all audience types in one.
